Blue Patch Studio

Privacy policy

UT: Games · Blue Patch Studio · Last updated 3 October 2026

The short version: we don't ask for your name, email or an account, and we don't sell your data. The game shows adverts from Google, and if you choose to sign in to Google Play Games, Google handles the leaderboards. Your game progress stays on your device.

Who we are

UT: Games is made by Blue Patch Studio, based in the United Kingdom. For anything about this policy, email hello@bluepatchstudio.com. We are the controller of personal data processed by the app, as described below.

What stays on your device

Your progress, coins, prizes, collector cards, best scores and your choice of stall holder are saved only on your device. We do not receive or store them. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes them.

Adverts (Google AdMob)

The game is free and paid for by adverts, including optional adverts you can choose to watch for an extra go, coins or a snack for your stall holder. Adverts are provided by Google AdMob. To show adverts, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect:

Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent before personalised adverts are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in the app's settings. If you do not consent, you will still see adverts, but they will not be personalised. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings.

Children. The game is suitable for everyone, including children. For users who may be children, we ask Google to treat requests as child-directed, which means adverts are not personalised and are limited to suitable, family-friendly content.

How Google uses data from apps that use its services is explained at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Leaderboards (Google Play Games)

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, your Play Games profile name, avatar and scores are shared with Google to run the leaderboards, and other players may see your profile name and scores. This is optional, and the game works fully without it. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

What we do not do

Our legal basis (UK GDPR)

Personalised adverts rely on your consent. Non-personalised adverts, fraud prevention and keeping the game working rely on our legitimate interest in offering a free game funded by adverts.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data about you, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Because we hold no account data ourselves, most requests are best made to Google, but email us and we will help. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
