The short version: the game is free, play fairly and have fun. Coins, prizes and cards are just for fun and have no real-world value.

About these terms

These terms apply when you download or play UT: Games, made by Blue Patch Studio in the United Kingdom. By playing, you agree to them. If you are under 18, please check these terms with a parent or guardian.

Free to play, with adverts

The game is free. It shows adverts, and some adverts are optional rewards, for example an extra go, coins or a snack for your stall holder. Watching optional adverts is always your choice, and you never need to watch them to keep playing. There are no in-app purchases.

Coins, prizes and cards

Gold coins, prizes and collector cards are part of the game. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or turned into money, and they have no value outside the game. Progress is saved on your device, so it may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear its storage or change devices. We may adjust, rebalance or reset in-game items when we update the game.

Leaderboards and fair play

Leaderboards are provided through Google Play Games and are optional. Please play fairly. Don't cheat, use modified versions of the app, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage. We may remove scores that look unfair.

Our game and characters

The game, its code, artwork, characters (including Blue and Patch), music and sounds belong to Blue Patch Studio. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the game or its artwork without our permission.

Updates and availability

We keep improving the game, so stalls, rides, rules and rewards may change. We try to keep the game running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may stop offering the game in the future.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the game as it is. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law, or our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or that are caused by things outside our control.

Other services

Adverts are provided by Google AdMob, and leaderboards by Google Play Games. Your use of those is also covered by Google's terms. How data is used is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes and contact
